The Malvasia di Bosa by Giovanni Battista Columbu is a wine that truly represents the identity of Sardinian wine. A wine of great character and personality, capable of giving intense and typical aromas that open long into the glass. The credit for this Malvasia di Bosa goes all to Giovanni Columbu, a figure of exemplary wine producer, linked by a visceral and indissoluble love for his land. This old vigneron, helped by his son Raphael, is able to transfer a natural taste in his bottles and a remarkable aromatic complexity. The vineyards, entered in Doc 1998, are in the towns of Bosa and Magor, on sunny terrain well exposed to sea breezes. In the wake of the typical Sardinian traditions harvests occur manually by selecting all of the clusters, and represent a great opportunity to gather family and friends, all involved in this great folkloric and surprising event. In the glass, we can immediately notice the strongly traditional character of Malvasia di Bosa, with soft and round taste: an elegant wine, able to amaze the incredible lasting aroma that remains over time.
